Refund Policy

Returns: We offer a 30-day return period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@akitoinc.com or 718-813-3001. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Conditions: All returned items must be in new condition, in the original unaltered packaging (including an intact UPC code), and must include all original packing materials, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and any included promotional or free items. If any components, accessories, or original materials are missing, the return will be deemed ineligible and will not be accepted. Akito reserves the right to refuse any return or apply up to a 15% restocking fee.

Damages, Defects, and Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, contact us within three (3) business days of delivery. Defective items may be repaired, replaced with the same or an equivalent model, or refunded at our discretion. Return shipping costs for verified defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase will be reimbursed.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds & Credits: All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. Only the original purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@akitoinc.com or 718-813-3001.

Limited Liability: Akito is not responsible for any personal data or items left in returned merchandise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akito shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the sale or use of any products. Liability is limited strictly to the monetary value of the merchandise.

Akito reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately.
